Because our products are intangible digital software license keys delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase, all sales are strictly FINAL. Once a purchase is completed on Stripe and the license key is issued in Discord, NO refunds, chargebacks, or returns are granted under any circumstance.
Under consumer protection laws governing digital content and software, the right of withdrawal / return expires the moment download or digital key activation begins. Since license keys cannot be 'unseen' or returned once distributed, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.
If you encounter configuration or installation difficulties, our staff will assist you 1-on-1 via Discord tickets. If an unexpected technical fault prevents your key from validating, we guarantee a replacement key or HWID reset after verification by our staff.
It is the customer's responsibility to review system requirements (Windows 10/11 64-bit) and compatibility before completing checkout. Inability to run the software due to incompatible operating systems, third-party antivirus conflicts, or modified Windows versions does not qualify for a refund.
Opening an unauthorized claim or fraudulent chargeback via Stripe / your bank without contacting support will result in immediate permanent HWID ban, blacklisting of your Discord account, and cancellation of all active keys without right to recovery.
