By completing a purchase via Stripe, you acquire an intangible digital license key with immediate delivery and consumption. Upon receiving access, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable, and that the software is intended for research, memory analysis, and educational laboratory environments.
By accessing Scepter Bypass, purchasing a license, or joining our official Discord community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full capacity to enter into binding agreements.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute and evaluate the software on your personal computer according to the duration of the purchased tier (1 Month, 3 Months, or Lifetime). Redistribution, reverse-engineering of the loader, decompilation, resale, sublicensing, or sharing license keys is strictly prohibited and results in immediate HWID termination.
All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe's certified 256-bit SSL encrypted gateway. We do not store credit card numbers or financial details on our servers. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in permanent hardware ban (HWID blacklist) and reporting across affiliated anti-fraud networks.
Our team works continuously to release patches and maintain software stability against game updates. However, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Maintenance downtime may occur for server upgrades, reverse-engineering patches, or security audits. Technical assistance is provided via Discord tickets.
The software is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Scepter Bypass or its developers be liable for any game account sanctions, bans, server suspensions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools. You assume full personal responsibility for your environment.
